Install an add-on for a given scope

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/addons/install

Installs an add-on at the requested scope (USER, GROUP, INSTITUTE, or SYSTEM). The add-on must already be available in the marketplace and approved for installation. Returns the install ID for follow-up calls.
