Get all meta data in a section

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/experiments/sections//meta

Returns the named meta-data fields associated with the section (custom key/value pairs the section template defines or that scripts have written to it). To fetch a single field by name, use GET /experiments/sections/{expJournalID}/meta/{name}.
