Get an available add-on by ID

https://{targetURL}/api/v1/marketplace/addons/

Returns the public marketplace record for an add-on identified by sdkPluginID. The caller must fall within the add-on's target scope (group/user/organisation) — outside of those targets the add-on appears not to exist (404).
